The ICP-Trigger capper is a heavy-duty capping head designed to be attached to an ICP-AC capper or ICP-C1 benchtop capper. Built to withstand full production operation, it can achieve capping rates of up to 60 units per minute.
The Trigger Pack attachment tightens various trigger pack spray bottles, pump tops and many other types of closures.
It’s simple and easy to attach to the ICP-C1 bench model or ICP-AC1 automatic capping machines (ask us about compatibility with other capping machine brands). Changeover is easy—you can remove the standard capping motor with just two screws and attach the ICP Trigger Pack Head.
ICP Trigger head is unique to the majority of trigger cappers due to the use of a high-quality air-driven motor, this motor can be adjusted by air to a set torque and will tighten the cap to that torque every time. The benefit of this is the motor will stall out at the given torque and not spin on the cap. This ensures more accurate tightening and less wear-&-tear on the unit and wheels, resulting in better longevity on the unit and zero marking on the caps.
