The ICP-1-BUF filler is a durable, Australian-designed machine engineered to deliver reliable performance for years. Built with a focus on quality, this heavy-duty filler is crafted without compromise, ensuring it meets the high standards of various industries, from food to pharmaceuticals.
The Bottom-Up Fill (BUF) feature is ideal for handling foaming products or production line operations, where precision and efficiency are key. By lowering the nozzle into the container and lifting it during filling, it reduces foam and improves fill quality. The ICP-1-BUF is versatile enough to handle a wide range of wet products, including water, oils, pasta sauces, pastes, shampoos, conditioners, and thick creams. It can be hopper-fed for thicker materials or fitted with an inlet hose to draw free-flowing products directly from holding vessels or IBCs.
With fill sizes ranging from 3 mL to 1.3 litres and interchangeable cylinders, the machine offers precise volume control through its millimetre-accurate digital scale, eliminating the need for recalibration. Its over-engineered design ensures longevity, making it a reliable choice for long-term use.
Constructed from high-grade 316 stainless steel and PETP, the ICP-1-BUF is built for food, industrial, and pharmaceutical applications. Its design prioritizes user-friendliness, with all contact parts easily removable without tools, allowing for quick and thorough cleaning.
The machine can be customized with a variety of nozzle attachments, including positive shut-off (PSO), plug and suck-back nozzles, and pinch valve nozzles. Additionally, it’s capable of hot-filling products up to 95°C, with an optional spool valve setup.
For added convenience, the ICP-1-BUF can be integrated with a conveyor system, complete with gates and sensors, for single-cylinder automatic operation. Designed for durability, precision, and ease of use, this Australian-made filler is a versatile and reliable choice for a wide range of applications.
